Return Policy

All returns must be received by NAFI SHAW within 7 days of delivery. Items returned after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Made-to-order garments are final sale and are not eligible for return.

All returned items must:

• Include all original labels and tags intact.

• Be returned in the original condition in which they were sent (unworn, unwashed, and free of damage or odors).

To initiate a return, please contact customer service within the 7-day window to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions.
